Raw Capture saves locally first, including when AI is off or unavailable.
Cloud AI is optional
If you turn on Allow Cuehold to Use OpenAI, content you choose to process may be sent to OpenAI for cleanup and suggestions. When it is off, no content is sent to OpenAI.
Permissions have a job
Microphone and Speech support Cuehold Voice. Calendar and Reminders provide context; creating an item in either is always an explicit choice. Notifications are optional.
Your choice, every time
Nothing is added to Reminders or Calendar until you deliberately choose and confirm that action.
Shared content
Text, links and screenshots sent through Share can become Capture content. Screenshot content may be sent to OpenAI only when optional AI is on.
This website
No analytics are currently added to cuehold.app. Email you send is used to reply, support testing and improve Cuehold.
